Direct flights from Istanbul to Kayseri or Nevsehir.
Arrival and meeting at the airport with a name board and transfer to Hotel and overnight Cappadocia.
Walking for about 5to 7 km in some most attractive valleys of Cappadocia.

2nd Day
Meeting at the hotel reception at 09:30 am.
Meeting with the marvellous landscape of Cappadocia, Devrent valley.
Hiking in Pasabag near Zelve where you loose yourself between fairies.
Lunch break in Avanos, centre of terra cotta work of art.
Visiting the famous Goreme Open Air Museum in which the best examples of Byzantine art in Cappadocia in rock-cut churches can be seen.
Visiting Uchisar Rock-Castle to have a panoramic view of the valleys of Cappadocia.
Visiting to Kaymaklı Underground City, one of the deepest and interesting underground settlements in Cappadocia.
Overnighting in Cappadocia.
3rd Day
Balloon ride with sunsrise.
Meeting at the hotel reception at 09:30 am.
Starting with Kaymaklı Underground City, one of deepest underground settlements in Cappadocia.
Driving to to Şahinefendi ( Sobesos )- Sobessosi found recently where mosaic houses & Archaeological excavation site can be seen.
Visiting with Keslik Monastery near Cemil where the frescoes can be seen by light due to be covered by thin smoke
Lunch break.
Visiting Mustafapaşa (Sinasos), an old Greek town with its spectacular old Greek houses samples.
Visiting Saruhan Caravanserai, a roadside inn where travellers could rest and recover from the day’s journey.
Continuing with panorama of the Red Valley, outstanding volcanic rock formations, in the heart of Cappadocia.
Overnighting in Cappadocia.
4th Day
CAPPADOCIA – ALADAĞLAR MOUNTAIN
Meeting at the hotel reception at 09:30 am.
Driving to 1.5 hr to marvellous landscape of Ala Mountains which is very famous for trekkers in center of Turkey also where is famous for its fauna.
Visiting Cimbar Canyon and take a hike in and depending on season and time of day we might be able to see wild Ibex, Caucasian Snowcock, Wall Creeper, Golden Eagle, Lammergeyer, Griffon Vulture and many other animals and birds.
Visiting Emli Valley and Kaziklar gorge.
Hiking for different levels can be arranged by your guide.
You might have option of visiting a local semi-nomadic camp in spring and autumn, in summer shepherd camps are available in different locations.
Driving back to Cappadocia in late afternoon.
5th Day
TURKISH TRADITIONAL VILLAGE LIFE & CUISINE TOUR
Meeting at the hotel reception at 09:30 am.
Visiting visit to local market (open on Monday, Friday and Saturdays ) or walking to the fruit orchards of Ayvali Village.
Taking and tasting fresh fruits from the trees (harvesting between June and October) or visiting the cave storages of lemons and potatoes.
Walking through the narrow streets of the village.
According to the season it is possible to join villagers to learn and help make grape syrup, tomato sauce productions and pumpkin seed collecting.
Visiting the local meeting place, Kahvehane, (coffeehouse) to learn more about village life.
Visiting the mosque in the village and learn more about the religious customs.
Lunch break in a village house to join a Turkish family.
Walking through a beautiful hidden valley near the village.
Visiting a cave wine house to see the process of making delicious and famous Cappadocia wine.
Overnight Cappadocia.
6th Day
HATTUSAS – YAZILIKAYA FROM HITTITE PERIOD
Meeting at the hotel reception at 09:30 am.
Driving to Hattusas, capital of the Hittite empire in the 2nd millennium BC.
The ancient city is on the outskirts of present-day Bogazkale, locating in Çorum province.
Lunch break.
Visiting the temples and the castle ruins.
The two rows meet on the north wall where the most important images in the shrine of Yazilikaya can be seen.
The God of Tempests Teshub and the Goddess of the Sun Hepatu. The largest relief in the main gallery however is the one representing King Tudhaliyas IV, thus giving as a date in the second half of the 13th century B.C.
Backto hotel in Cappadocia and overnighting.
7th Day
IHLARA VALLEY – HIDDEN CANYON
Meeting at the hotel reception at 09:30 am.
Driving to Ihlara and walking through to Canyon up to Belisirma village, “Valley of the Sky” along the Melendiz River.
Rock-cut churches spreaded across a wild plantation, surprising you with well-painted representations from the Bible.
Lunch break in Belisirma, a local restaurant by the river.
Stop by Selime, a village with cave houses at the end of the canyon.
Transfer to airport to take the evening flight to Istanbul or other destinations and leave Cappadocia.
Driving to airport for departure.
